1.3 If you don't fulfill those conditions, your temporary registration will be cancelled.
3. In case of "no show" (non-participation after confirmation is received), or if you cancel less than two weeks before the seminar start, the full seminar fee is due as damage.
3.1 However, if after having a confirmed registration, you cancel your participation before the date of registration close, you
will be fully reimbursed.
If you cancel after registration close but at least two weeks before the date of seminar start, we will withhold 25 Euros for administrative costs.
4. Should we unfortunately be forced to cancel the seminar, we will reimburse you fully.
5. Should you not be able to pay the seminar fee by the date of registration close, you should inform us, and you will be allowed to pay (e.g. in cash) not later than the opening of the seminar. Should you not show up after obtaining a final registration, you will be charged the full seminar fee, or the administrative costs of 25 Euros, as applicable.
