* The members rate is applied for members having paid their 2018 membership fee. The 2018 membership fee can be
paid together with the registration fee or during the seminar.

In view of the speed with which registration is full, we will apply the following criteria :
  • we only consider registrations received after the official opening dates;
  • we will strictly apply a first come, first served policy for registration, based on the email registration time tag as received.

  • the minimum level required for participation is usucha.
When the allowable number of participants is reached, we will establish a chronological waiting list.
Those measures reflect our care to establish an as equitable as possible registration process.

The administrative penalty of 25 Euros will stricly be applied in case of late cancellation.
Full registration fee penalty will stricly be applied in case of no show.
In the current situation, we cannot guarantee fully the holding of the seminar, which will depend on the health situation in January. The specific measures of the organization will therefore depend on the government measures in force in Belgium at the approach and during the seminar. In the event of forced cancellation, the full registration fee will be refunded.
